How do I unsubscribe from my premium subscription?
You can easily manage your subscription by visiting your Profile page and clicking the "Manage" button under your subscription status. This will take you to our billing portal where you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between the free and premium subscriptions?
The free subscription will give you full access to your first three quizzes and ten puzzles. These scores will be included in our leaderboard. Once you’ve submitted three quizzes, you will only have access to the first two sections of each quiz and won’t be able to submit your answers. Upgrading to the premium subscription will give you full access to every quiz and puzzle that is released, as well as to our entire archive.
Can I send in my own questions?
Your participation and ideas are not only welcomed but are encouraged. Send through topic ideas and questions to enquiries@thehumpdayquiz.com.
Why do I need to pay for a subscription?
Our team at The Hump Day Quiz work very hard to bring educational, fun and unique quizzes and games each week. We hope our hard work is worth a cup of coffee.
Can I pause my subscription?
Instead of pausing your subscription, we have made it as easy as possible to unsubscribe and resubscribe to your premium at any time.
One of your questions was wrong, how do I file a complaint?
We try our best to fact-check and proof-read every question but we still make mistakes. If you notice one, please let us know by emailing us at enquiries@thehumpdayquiz.com.
Do you plan on releasing any other games?
More games are definitely in the works and we can't wait to release them for you to enjoy!

We respect your inbox! You'll receive just one email per week - every Wednesday (Hump Day) with our latest quiz. We don't send promotional emails or spam. If you're subscribed to our newsletter, that's the only email you'll get from us each week.
